Refund & Cancellation Policy – Best Relationship Coach
Best Relationship Coach, we value our clients and strive to provide flexible and fair policies while ensuring the best coaching experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before booking a session.
1. Cancellation Policy
✔ Single Sessions – Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
✔ Coaching Packages – Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the first scheduled session to receive a full refund. After the first session, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining sessions.
✔ Last-Minute Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
✔ No-Show Policy – If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
✔ Full Refunds – Available for cancellations made within the allowed period.
✔ Partial Refunds – If you are unsatisfied after the first session of a coaching package, a partial refund (minus the cost of completed sessions) may be granted.
✔ No Refunds – Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or for clients who fail to attend without proper cancellation notice.
✔ Emergency Situations – We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for canceling, please contact us, and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Rescheduling Policy
✔ Clients may reschedule a session at no cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may be subject to a small rescheduling fee.
✔ If we need to reschedule for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a refund.
